Punjab Expands Honhaar Scholarship Program to Benefit Thousands More Students
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the launch of the second phase of the Honhaar Scholarship Program, opening doors to thousands of additional students across the province.
The announcement was made on her official X (Twitter) account, where she addressed the youth, calling their dreams “the heartbeat of Punjab’s future.”
Thousands to Benefit
Since its launch last year, the Honhaar Program has already supported 80,000 students. Currently, 50,000 students are receiving scholarships, and with the new phase, 30,000 more will be added to the list of beneficiaries.
The scholarships cover 67 different fields, offering young people the chance to build skills, gain knowledge, and prepare for future careers.
Building Punjab’s Future
Maryam Nawaz emphasized that Honhaar is more than just financial aid—it’s an investment in the province’s future.
“The portal for the next phase of Honhaar is now open. Apply confidently, study with dedication, and believe in your potential,” she said.
Launched to help talented students access education and training, the program aims to enhance career prospects while contributing to Punjab’s overall development.
With the second phase underway, the initiative is set to reach even more young people, ensuring that the next generation is equipped to lead the province toward progress.
